How to post a video to the Blog

Neither the site nor the blog has the free space to host a video but there is a service called YouTube that will host the video and allow you to post it here, as I have done.(I will load a fencing video once I have one, until then you all get to watch a vidoe of Sofia) Once you sign up with them you can upload a video and it will give you a block of code and a link. Copy and paste that code in the text area on the create page for your post and when you publish it you will see the video here. If you post the link then when you click the link it will take you to the site instead of playing the video in the blog.
